Five academic members of staff, Chrisland University have made headway in their professional and research careers by bagging doctoral degrees in the respective field of study.

In a remark, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mrs. Chinedum Peace Babalola, FAS on behalf of the Chancellor, High Chief Dr. Mrs. Winifred Awosika, OON, the Council and Management, staff and students congratulated the lecturers on their impressive achievement saying “it is a hard-earned success and the University is proud of their achievement”.

She however charged staff members to emulate the new achievement of the fresh doctors who just moved up the ladder in their professional careers, noting that their dedication and commitment are the foundations to achieve greater goals.

The newly doctoral degree holders include Dr. Abayomi Agbeyangi, Computer Science Department, Dr. Samuel Ayesa, Department of Biological Science, Dr. Micheal Gbadebo, Department of Biological Sciences (University of Ibadan), Dr. Jacob Adeyemi, Department of Economics, and Dr. Lateefat Odeniyi, Department of Computer Science (Ladoke Akintola University of Technology).
